Deployment checklist

  1. Deploy the bridge directory as a separate Vercel project.
  2. Add a long random BRIDGE_MCP_TOKEN in Vercel environment variables.
  3. Add bridge.zetbros.com to the Vercel project and copy the CNAME target Vercel gives you.
  4. Create that CNAME in Spaceship, then verify HTTPS is active in Vercel.
  5. Connect the local Windows PC agent to the relay and unlock the real pc_* MCP tools.
